Pallavi has been severely butchered in this episode. Sorry you could have done this "Excessive alcohol is not good" in a variety of ways and not declare you are not ever going to be a father. That was highly insensitive comment. Pallavi was never like this. The writers have taken Sunny's hash - there is no other explanation.
