THIS exactly. Everything Malini thinks she is getting from her plotting is all superficial....staying in Adi's house is a superficial thing - it will not get her the title of his wife or his love. Forcing Adi to take her out for chaat is again a superficial thing.....Adi still remains drawn only to Imlie. Making Adi feel obligated to her for a pregnancy that was done against his will also get her nothing but the token title of "bacche ki Maa".....so again just superficial, nothing else.

Imlie is hurt about Adi not trusting her but there is still understanding enough that she can see his efforts to talk to her are genuine.....so that trust has not fully broken despite Malini's endless disgusting plots to drive them apart.

Re: Adi's reaction - yes so many people here are forgetting he is a victim of rape now....and a victim is even less likely to react logically to a stressful situation.

Adi is now being blamed for not instantly jumping to the divorce in the middle of this mess.....there is so much he is reeling under - kahaan se karega divorce? Sure I'd also love to see the divorce done with to take away that token "wife" title from M as well....but it's still just a hollow thing for her to cling on to....she has nothing in her hands despite all her gloating.

Jinko Imlie ko "naukraani" samajhna hai, they will continue to do that with or without the divorce.....clearly Adi's will and consent doesn't matter to such people so they will continue to believe what they want to.....baaki yes, the story is dragging the divorce for drama, no one is denying that......Still, Adi is ultimately now a bigger victim in all this than he was before....so no matter how much his cowardice and avoidance wala trait irritates me, I still feel sorry for him as a victim being traumatized this much by such a vile and shameless woman.

@bold: Yes, that is exactly what is happening.....Malini's punishment is visible to us as viewers that she is dying for Adi's attention but still getting nothing despite doing such desperate things. So larger point is proven ki bure iraadon se tumhein nahin milega woh jo tum haasil karna chahte ho.

She can get pity and token sympathy - she may escape accountability for her crimes, but she will also not get the one thing she is most desperate for - Adi's love and attention. That is the amount of punishment I guess we have to make our peace with😆.

I agree that not all scenes are perfect and there is disjoint in the execution but the core of Adi imlie is still maintained in this mess - at least that is what I am getting … and no he is not Normal around Malini.. the guy can’t even bother to start a conversation with the woman - every conversation is started by didi and all he does is react to it -and his body language and expressions clearly tells us he is uncomfortable.

This is a messy situation for sure- but Adi and imlie have not given up on each other and will never will- they are going to come out stronger in this - didi can play the baby card all she wants but she is not going to get an ounce of respect and dignity from Adi.

I still feel there are two options left for the long separation. Option 1 would be Imlie feeling Adi’s pathetic condition or not able to give her what she deserves and feeling guilty.like last time she will relieve him from his guilt by moving away so that he can give the necessary care and love for the baby. It is more like Imlie will move away for his own welfare as she very well understands things cannot prolong like this for long time. She also knows that he cannot let go of her by himself and she has to be the strong one and take the hard decision for him. Option 2 would be Imlie unknowingly putting Malini’s life/baby in danger by her ignorance and there by everybody will blame her. Adi will

not able to defend her completely and Malini will guilt trip him big time. Like how he said last time Imlie will take the decesion last time when the video delete happened. This time he might say Malini will decide Imlie’s fate in the house and Malini uses this and throws her out of the house. ( the second option seems to be far fetched and disgusting). Sorry if am not making any sense and if I hurt anybody’s feelings. And sorry for the long post too.
