Skipping is really good! It helps a lot. I don't do it because I don't have the space to, but its really effective for weight loss.

My consistency is that 5 days a week I work out, so basically one day I'll do dance, the other arms, then abs, then legs and fifth day (Friday) I do another dance workout. Dance is my form of cardio lol 😆 Weekend ko I only do stretching and yoga for relaxing muscles.
If I don't feel like working out any of the days I'll go for a walk now that rains are over.
And mainly, control what you eat. I am not diet crazy but whatever I want to eat I prefer making at home. Like pizza also, ghar pe banate hai, base, sauce and cheese khareed ke but veggies and all ghar pe kaatte hai. Idk how but that makes a difference, its less heavy and fattening. What are you doing for diet? If u let me know I can help u in that.
