A strong and truly deserving nominee for Star Parivar Awards in the maa-beta category🤣

I simply cannot fathom their outlook on the so called rules of society they claim to abide by. They’ve set unbeatable standards of hypocrisy, duplicity and downright repulsive bigotry. Their thoughts are diabolical, nauseating, cringeworthy and they themselves are evil incarnate.

Baa starts with her sone ki sui aur chaandi ka dhaga dig at Anupama, and no matter how much Anupama tries to justify the reason Anuj gave her the money, Leela ki sui is fixated on the growing favours and closeness between her ex DIL and her business partner.

Vanraj, completely disregarding the fact that Anu saved them from Rakhi jumps in with his snide remark that Anu had the cheque with her all along but didnt let him know. Iss bande ka one track narcissist mindset hai, he can only think of how he can grab centre-stage in any situation, its all me and mine for this guy, Pathetic!

All Baa could see is that Anu now has to work with Anuj- a paraya mard for 2 years and apparently its not right for Anu to do so. Though Anu had a fitting reply to his sarcastic jibe of ‘dil laga ke kaam’ karenge it fell on deaf ears as usual and all she got is Baa’s disapproval and Bapuji’s worthless nod of dismay.

Anu makes an interesting remark on Vanraj turning into a saas after their divorce...yaar Anu if you understand what Vanraaj said was a saas-y thing then how can you not see what Baa treats you like? not sassy enough I guess 🤣well no one does sass better than Kavya me thinks😆

Anyways, Vanraj shifts focus back to Anu with his beach dig and Baa oh so audaciously asks beach pe ret ka mahal bana rahe the or what? and Anu again like a little kid explains why she went to the beach to be shut by Baa who says tera mann aaj kal bohot kuch karne ko ho raha hai huh, yikes even her huh irks me now... I felt like yelling aapko kya???😡😡😡

OMG the ghatiya friend relay between Baa and Vanraj was hilarious

Samar stole the scene with his ‘do check out the ghatiya friend’ line🤣 and again when creepy Vanraj asks him to check up on his mum, well done Samar, you did a decent job there.👍🏼

Baa wanting to have a proper meeting with Vanraj to discuss Anu and her growing bond with Anuj was the lowest they could fall. 🤢 She is worried that Anu’s new relationship with Anuj will bring them shame but only mentions Vanraj’s EMA as a passing, by the bye thing...talk about double standards. She does acknowledge that Anu doesnt feel for Anuj at the moment , toh kaheko itna bawaal macha rahi hai budhiya?😡 And then Vanraj like a spoilt kid cries about his helplessness in the matter, abey tu phir apna rona rone laga?🥱

And the not-so-annoying-these-days Kavya returns...loved how she can read V’s mind and her comment about Vanraj treating her like another Anupama was class👏 and Vanraj’s reaction to that was a little weird. I sometimes feel that the writers are confused about ways to redeem him and might experiment with a bipolar angle to his character. The way he pulls out the chair and gathers all the negative energy for a massive showdown was sinister.

His argument of Anu bringing shame to the family was pukeworthy and what izzat? what values is this dumbass lowlife talking about?this guy needs a jaw breaking punch in the face.

Finally the card and halwa drama...Baa knows the smell of Anu’s handmade halwa but fails to know the Anu who made it, She refuses to taste it cause it was made in a ghair mard’s kitchen, wah Baa wah! ab even my vocab is falling short of words to describe your majestic nastiness.

And the mortal blow was the precap ..Baa throwing a volley of indecent comments about Anu’s name printed alongside a paraya mard’s name and ripping the card to shreds...Baa ye tune kya kiya!

What is happening was much needed. Anupama has to realise only she has seen Leela as her Maa while Leela has been her saas all along. She never became her Maa or Baa.

She thinks Baa’s concerns are valid because she has seen all regressive mindset and accepted it as norm. She has to realise Baa has always been Vanar raj’s mom and her Saas. She never accepted her as a daughter. Now she along with Vanar Sena want to control the way how the ex-DIL and ex-wife will live because that’s what they have been doing till now.

And about Vanar raj. The makers are trying to show him human and flawed but all I can see is he knows what he is doing is wrong and rather than stopping he is going ahead with it like a clown. Its not he can not control himself, its because he doesn’t want to. He wants to relish in the power that he has had over Anu. Kavya doesn’t let him do that. Classic case of a MCP.

Like Anuj said today, Anupama can deal with it but WHY SHOULD SHE? This is what Anupama has to realise. She is agreeing to Leela and Vanar raj’s one track mindset and letting them do this to her. She needs to leave the Shah house.

And last but not the least, Kinjal speak up Maan! Remind Anupama she is slowly becoming what she hated in Leela - a controlling Saas who takes decisions without considering her DIL’s feelings.

Awesome post Hina... Jhoolon Devi seems such a lovely name and so us the nomination category.

The self obsession was so apparent when Vanraj asked Anuj in the talli scene if he thought Vanraj looked hot in the blue Shervani when he married Anupama.

It is very obvious that the guy has a sick mind. How he waits for Anupama s return and tries to become jagga jasoos following the gyan of maa Leela. The way he tries to pump information from Samar and how Kavya and Baapuji deflate his gloated ego.

I wait for the day the swinging Jhula becomes the rotator that spins till Jhoolon Devi faints in her seat. That would be the best episode.
