Best movie of 1997?

Which was the best Bollywood movie released in the year 1997?

Border hands down. Its still the best War film ever made in Bollywood.

Gupt, Virasat, Yes Boss, Hero No.1 & Ziddi were good watches as well.

Border. Dil To Pagal Hai had the best album.

Also, I love Gupt but wish they had cast someone who could actually act and not Bobby.

Dil To Pagal Hai ❤️ is my baby.

But Virasat is no less of a great film, same for Gupt. Weirdly I never really liked Ishq or Pardes or Yes Boss very much. Border I have not seen yet 🤔

Also thoroughly enjoyed and can watch again: Judwaa, Judaai, Hero No. 1, Aur Pyar Ho Gaya, Deewana Mastana, Chachi 420.

These films had lovely performances: Mrityudand, Aastha, Tamanna, Sapnay.

Worst film: Daud.

I really want to watch Darmiyaan, I came across an article about it this week and apparently it was rejected by Rekha, Dimple Kapadia and Amrita Singh.
