If Bondita puts forth that Anirudh was provoked by Chandrachur to kill him will the judge agree❓🤔 Anirudh killed him (according to the characters) mistakenly not deliberately so how is this murder? They were having a fight and both were holding the gun and mistakenly the trigger got pushed, so how is this a murder? This is an accident then....

Bondita is using Tapur's gawahi to show the reason for the fight, and then probably prove accidental shooting. And additionally of she can get a witness to say that CC pointed the gun, then it is enough to exonerate Ani according to the law.
@Bold, she was requesting the judge for a private hearing, which the judge clearly granted.
