Anyways I actually saw an episode after quite long..

I have mixed feelings about Pallavi changing Raghav’s alcohol intake. The amount he drinks is not healthy neither is his emotional dependence on alcohol nor his aggressiveness when he gets too drunk. That being said har patni ka kaam apne pati ko sudhaarna is a line that left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly even patni’s have their flaws that I hope the show addresses. Secondly this wife ka sudhaarna is sooo regressive🤔. I agree that everyone has their flaws and should be accepted with them but people should learn to grow. You need not always find all your partner’s bad habits acceptable but I wouldn’t call it fixing.

Her methods are also ehhh. I feel Raghav’s mom should be using these methods and IK some of you might think that he is a fully grown adult and his mom shouldn’t control his drinking.. but if he’s drinking the amount that he does I find it completely fine for his mom to step in. So maybe some might think that it is ok for his wife as well to do so and I’d understand
I must say that Shivangi does look cute though. And Raghav needs a PayTM account..

Coming to Isha, no idea how her track will play out. I hope Pallavi is reasonable when it comes to her and we don’t get cringe jhadoo marna scenes. I would not be okay with that.

Keerthi’s pregnancy track is also a mystery. I hope Pallavi helps her get an abortion because it would be better to never be born than to be a child of SunKee… one parent isn’t ready for you and the other wants you for money and both of them clearly suck in general

I didn't like that line either - but more so bc I don't really care for a storyline of a spouse fixing their spouse. At the same time tho - we should be with people who help us grow and evolve into a better person.

No one likes a drunk. He's 27 with what I'm assuming is a multi-million dollar company, not a college frat boy. At the same time I get that he's been in his feels a lot so the excessive drinking - it makes sense. People indulge in "bad" habits when they're stressed/depressed/etc.

I'm ok with most of what she did - pouring out the alcohol, locking it up - she's basically putting him on a detox lol. But the credit card thing - eh I didn't care for it. And the line - as you said - didn't care for it either. I wish they would've given him more time to actually let what P said marinate and show him back off the drinking for his own sake.

At the same time, it's ITV. This is what they do, this is how they show couple banter (doing more "extreme" things) - for them, this is not regressive.

That being said, I'm still finding it hilarious though LOL. I love flustered Raghav - it's cute & hilarious. And I love their banter.

I think Isha will possibly bring out some insecurities in Pallavi. As little as they've shown - its clear she's not that traditional middle-class girl as they portray Pallavi. So I suspect it may bring up some insecurities/jealousies. I hope it does bc I think they focused a lot on R's insecurities and it would be nice if they could give P that chance as well and have R reassure her. She's confident in their love, but they've already shown her get jealous about a past massage, so I can only imagine what will happen when she hears he has to work with his ex. I hope this track is handled well.

On a serious note though, the addiction potential is high! Develops both tolerance and physical dependence. It’s good pals is helping him get rid of it!

Exactly. It’s not even just physical but also emotional. Using alcohol to cope with all problems is not healthy. It can very quickly lead to alcohol addiction in a downward spiral . On top of that anger issues and impulsiveness when coupled with alcohol could make Raghav a danger to his family as well.
