What is kinjal's role in the show?? - Page 2

Lately with Anuj entry and that focus.., the ensembleness of the show and family ensemble is missing. Well i am missing it because i have come use to it since watching from the start. Hence why i tend not to watch episode before it airs or skip to MaAn scenes but take this show as a whole. Cos i dont want to lose the focus and view i have on this show and how i watch it since start.

Kinjal and Anupamaa's bond is one of my faves...

Kinjal used to fight against evil vanraj and regressive Leela ! I miss that sharp intelligent kinjal who was voice of today’s youth in this regressive family!

I’ve started to sound like a broken record now when I say I’m new to the show and dont know much of what happened previously but I do get how Kinjal’s character was butchered and she is just used as a mere prop in most of the scenes these days.

She does stick up for Anu supports her in everything but is that all she’s meant to do?

We can argue the fact that not every character in a show with a large ensemble cast can be given the focus always, but if they can give Samar and Nandini the screen time then why not Kinjal.

If not the screen time then atleast stick to the character she once was, strong and fierce and not make her so negligible ke koi fark hi na padhe ke wo hai ya nahi.

They are wasting actress Nidhi shah’s potential by making her brainless prop!

I wish nidhi shah leave this show asap because there is not much screen time for her and her role is reduced to only nodding her head after every next sentence of anupama!

I began watching after 100 episodes. Kinjal the young lady was fiercely independent and went against Toshu and taught Anupama driving... I guess from what appeared in Flashback that Anupama sold all her jewelry to get Kinjal a diamond ring. Kinjal from then had been shown very fond of Anupama who gave up everything to make the wedding happen.

She always spoke up for Anupama. Anupama loves her as her own and Kinjal reciprocates that.

The Kinjal who was anti Vanraj has mellowed down.

While Naa still wants to control Anupama and her porhi bahus, Anupama s way with Kinjal and nandini has been one of understanding care and support.

To make Kinjal Anupama 2 , Anupama has to become Leela 2. Kavya by her domineering nature has all qualities to become Leela 2 but Kinjal has her retorts ready to put Kavya in her place.

When someone is petty you don't always need to stoop to that level,

Anupama has begun standing up for others. In time she will for herself. She only reminds Kinjal not to react to Baa.

In big matters she never stops Kinjal but on simple matters she reminds her to let matters go.

I don’t mind kinjal anupama bond !

I am missing the old , sharp and fierce kinjal who had taunted vanraj on his return to shah house and also had guts to called out Leela for her hypocrisy and regressive nature!

Basically kinjal had her voice , her opinions and extremely sharp mind to speak against Leela and vanraj but now she has no role in the show except nodding her head and consoling anupama!

Definitely I want to see mini rakhi in the house with vanraj, Leela and Kavya ! I would feel more than happy to see kinjal like her mom with selfish shahs

Maan has their own track and they are leads so no need to butcher good characters just to bring maan together!

Post anupamas exit from ShahHouse we may see Kinjal version 2. When the loan is repaid she had said she would leave.
