He just doesn't understand where he needs to draw the lines , be it his mom , or now Sanjana. He just lacks perceptiveness and foresight . The best way in this situation would have been to tell Sanjana in no uncertain terms that she's toeing lines and serve her with the termination, right there . You don't think about her livelihood when the woman isn't worried about her own , breaching professional ethics by proposing to boss right in the workplace.

See we don't know for sure whether he hides the proposal truth from Sonakshi or not(he most probably will).

But this transfer with a promotion is a such a bad move. It's like showing a red flag to the bull who will only come onto you with more force.

I don't expect smart moves from him tbh. He isn't capable. He assured Sonakshi that Sanjana is a nice girl, told about Sanjana's sob story and on top of it the guilt of being rude in her drunken state.. Sonakshi now has a conclusion that Sanjana is a sweet girl. Will continue thinking so unless she realises her intentions.

No no... I don't think so. They need someone to claim Soha for custody (maybe court case type) as the adoption track is not as simple as it seems. The claimer is Sanjana now. If they show her as a white character and she claim for Soha, most of them sympathize and may support Sanjana. So they added the grey shade by going behind Dev and then the revelation of Sanjana's identity happens.

Thinking about suhana n her heart breaks..my heart really aches. May b that is another reason I dont like ayush track. That character literally took away everything from suhana. I just hate cvs bringing this track. Just to give elders emotional drama, they over looked effect on children. I can watch anything but not children suffering.

Idk why you even watch this show honestly, for the rest of us it's loyalty reasons. It sucks, but it used to be a show I loved.

Now it's so dumb, borderline offensive to our intelligence. I really want to know what it is that keeps you watching, despite not having seen s1

And that's exactly why he needs to be transparent to both the women in his life . He needs to realise that he doesn't need to play their god or protector , all the time . They are both smart and capable women , who can deal with it .

And he really needs to confide in his wife and take her advice because he can't decide things himself. The Mumbai is just a quick fix solution. Won't cut Sanjana off from his life .

I watch it coz it's less noisy 😆

If I don't watch this then my mom will watch another one of those extreme saas bahu dramas...after I'm done with WFH around 8... I want a lil less noise...so there you go.. 8.30-9.30 I have the remote in my hand 😆

If he doesn't let her know...even then I won't be surprised coz he is capable of doing just that 😆

On a serious note...he should tell Sonakshi about Sanjana being Suhana's aunt at least...she is very protective about her daughter. More than the proposal she will be more upset about this being hidden.

No the difference is the writing. Kuch Rang for all its flaws wasn't a typical ITV show where MIL was planning and plotting murders & there was no psycho third angle. Most conflicts between Dev and Sonakshi were internal. They didn't show Dev or Sonakshi agreeing to marry random ppl because they were blackmailed. They didn't show Dev insulting Sonakshi before everyone or pushing her off a bridge because he was protecting her from someone. In most shows, including KZK, the premise was that the lead couple were perfect for each other but kept getting separated because of external circumstances aka evil MIL or psycho third angle or blackmail from a new character. Here the writers never tried to show Dev and Sonakshi as perfect couple. Their break up was because Ishwari overdosed out of guilt & Dev being short-sighted & looking for a stupid solution and being insensitive in the process. The eventual divorce also was not because of the MU created by Vicky. That was more of the tipping point. It's because of everything else that played out before which laid the base for the misunderstanding. The biggest difference between Kuch Rang S1 and KZK is not acting or bgm or anything else but the writing. Kuch Rang had great writing esp for 150 plus episodes. There was a reason why they fell in love and there was a reason why they broke up. Most other shows make the leads fall in love without any proper reason & the separation is also contrived. Apology or no apology aside, Durjoy Dutta as a writer >>> And yes Dev and Sonakshi >>>> (irrespective of the actors playing

For me story is same same but presented in different format. Dixits were too plotting n blackmailing(mami, neha, esh). Dev too did to sona. Dev's harrassmement for sona to work for him, and esh's prenuptual, infertility track n post leap how esh said sona moved on etc. Mami burnt her own house to move into dixit mansion. And then Vicky troubling dev. There were all same plotting n blackmailing. Dev too so arrogant n he troubled sona so much. Sona too like other shows forgiving mahanatha. For me story was same and presented in different format. And I found major difference in presentation is dixits are given clean chit after giving all trouble to bose family with out apology. Other hand victims went on apologising. So, yes there is difference😆.

Infact certain vampish behaviour not shown in other itv shows I guess or I don't know if they hv shown. Like esh keeping devakshi seperate after wedding n not allowing them to go honey moon and then forcing daughter in law for medical treatment. I don't know in other shows they went into this much torture. Krp one level up in torturing DIL. I think most of the shows where ML family tries best to show DIL is not good n try to show her as theif something like that. All they do is plotting to seperate couple n send FL away. (I am only guessing as I hv hardly watched saas bahu serials). I was mostly into star one shows. So my knowledge is very limited😆

Sanj is given some bg music. I couldn't understand whether that music is for horrified or love or sympathetic. What do you guys think about it..
