I was wondering the same thing. He said he never trusted women etc but this woman seemed to matter to him as he had a naughty smile like he had a secret and didnt want to say anything so ofcourse the writers have forgotten that he hates women.

Raghav 2.0 is now but he was 0.5 before he met Pallavi. Then he got to be 1.0 and after I love u he was 1.5. And now 2.0.
