Judge just don't sign on decree on very first day of hearing. They will listen to arguments if any. Even if it is on mutual basis still the judge will recommend counselling for reconciliation and will give 3-6 months cooling period for the same. Even if after that nothing works then the decree is signed by the judge.

So persadian was right ... it wasn't a dream of Tejo. That red saree scene actually happened and at college Tejo was just remembering those moments

They have shown that flashback from fateh's side 3-4 times by now.. so can't be a one off thing..

I hope theirs more in the episode then what they showed in the precap. Those comments made to the judge are not grounds for divorce. If anything is enough for marriage counseling not divorce 😂

What CV’S shown with Judge asking questions is correct, so I hope it’s done right. I know this ITV but divorce is never rushed unless is annulment and that doesn’t apply to Fatejo but how will the judge know since there’s no children or pregnancy from short marriage

She has probably given up on this guy and hence want to bow out peacefully. But her behaviour since past few episode is very meek, this is not the Tejo I know. Doormat behaviour is not going to help her in moving forward.

Fateh is an user and manipulative person just like is eternal love...he should stay away from Tejo...let her be at peace atleast now

May be ....coz that seems logical. The resons they gave at court were not strong enough. Specially they did not mention Fateh already having a mistress.

So as judge logical way is next date...colling period ...counselling.
