I think the issue is not about loving somebody else. This is when Priya already told Ram she doesn't love anybody and her past is forgotten, but now this video pops up showing otherwise. I hope Ram will trust Priya and listen to the whole story than jump into conclusions

I think nandini will use it in future when Ram gets inclined towards priya to create insecurities or break apart his trust
