Okay about the two houses issue..

It could be something along the lines of what we saw in Deewangi.

Naumaan Ijaz and Atiqa Odho characters live in that portrait wala mansion in some place cuz thats where he is in power

Danish lives in a cosmo city, must have come for education or whatever. The one which we thought has good interiors and the same one Ali posted stories of the bedroom and all.

So yeah, this still doesn't mean Naumaan has two wives chakkar or him and atiqa are living separately. And the way Atiqa is giving vibes of their come back as a jodi, it looks like they are a power couple in this.
