No hate here, just something I've observed in many ITV shows and I don't understand why it's done.

Shivangi’s natural skin tone is what we see now. The make up earlier consisted more of browns. Maybe that was to show her as a widow who doesn’t wear make up often? Idk. I think it also has something to do with some filters they were using, to make the show look more…rugged?

But make up artists haven’t been so good early in the show. Hyd track was the worst. (The hairstyles too) I have complained a lot about it.😆 They are definitely a lot better now. And I hope it continues that way.

I don’t think it has anything to do with making the lead seem fair.

Ever since Pallavi entered Rao mansion post their marriage (the tera chehra episode) - even RR mansion colors have been brighter. Someone posted a parallel too. I guess it was you, Rado? So it’s just their way of indicating happiness in their lives! Pals is glowing ever since she fell in love with Ragahv. 💁🏻‍♀️
