I think no, he always maintained an image in front of everyone excluding Tupur that he is a progressive and kind-hearted man although it's other way round. She would have looked scared or disturbed and she would have told Thakuma (just like her Thakuma knows about her molestation ) and it would have been faster for Bondita to doubt. Obviously he has to maintain his respect and false personality to not fall in any trouble or doubting.
