When will Indian shows stop portraying FL as Mahan, selfless devi and start showing her like an ordinary human????

First she stayed mum in case of simran😩

Then she saved kalmuhi Jasmin 😒

Now she will beg fatheh to return home 😡

Why can’t she just leave this sh*thole behind? If it was any ordinary person, she would cut ties with everyone including her in-laws and start a new life on her own 😒 they can show an independent, successful tejo.. with new life and partner!

I know... She is far more educated than the delusional couple...Tejo can easily support herself and find a better man.

Would hate to see Tejo bringing back Fateh. Somehow, though , I liked seeing Tejo save Jasmine. I am a fool for sibling bonds 😆.

As long as mahaan fls get TRP we aren’t going to get anything better. There’s no point in expecting better from this show

When the makers themselves hv been a part of this very regressive storyline...in terms of actually living these kind of characters in their shows...itv has the same stories... submissive female leads will always be selfless and ready to sacrifice. Yahi concept 20 saal se dikha rahe hai and still continuing to sadly.

There is no way anyone right now would be able to relate to these characters. Times hv changed and so hv we. But the fact that they keep shoving these 💩 storylines to our faces really is frustrating to another level. Itv watchers specially women who may not hv the the freedom, education, support whether financial or familial , can succumb to these archaic and regressive thinking. For some tejo could really be the role model... believing that it's good to be so giving, sacrificing ones happiness for the sake of others, for putting others first before yourself. It's right to be nice but to a limit .

Don't put others first where your happiness and sanity is in trouble. Self love is important too. Self respect even more so. We have come so far but itv is still promoting outdated ideology.

cant do much about itv thinking. as long as it gets trps, thats what will be shown.

I think tejo staying quiet in case of simmi, showed that the family trusts her.

in jasmine's case, while jasmine was wrong, it is not right to blacken anyones face like this. and if still this was to be shown, then fateh's face should be blackened as well, cause he is equally wrong.

Third, tejo bringing back fateh, is also right. Cause the way tejo is shown, she would never be able to move on, if fateh does not come back. She will feel guilty even if she leaves virk house.

Now, had she never returned to virk house and divorced fateh before all this mess, then it would be a different story.

I don’t think Indian tv is ready for a female lead without mahan qualities. TRo aunties won’t accept it. Whatever I’m done with this Crap

Tejo should let go of her past and move on because Fateh don't deserve her and jasmine the words she is using for Tejo jasmine doesn't need a sister like Tejo she has to repent for her own doings

Instead of showing the FL mahan they should show her strong how she can overcome her issues and handle them
