SRGMP should change the jury before they change the judges. They keep sticking to condemned, failed artists like Debojit Saha, Anik Dhar, Padma Wadekar, Arvinder Singh etc. Why can't they get some new talent who are good artists?

But my gut feel is what I said. Her basic candid expressions are not warm. It will take a major effort for her to get rid of her 'irritated with life' natural expression. If she wins over herself and becomes a bubbly 24 year old she can pleasantly surprise many, including me. I don't think you need to be bubby charming to succeed if your core talent is overwhelmingly strong. But these are competitive times and every little bit helps.
Life will teach her that - and very quickly. From what we know this is the first time out of the town - and I for one like the fact that already she has chosen to live independently without her parents. At 18 that's what you do when you go to college if you are going to another city. But for somebody who appears to have been cocooned that is a big step.
Plus she is in the company of these folks from Octopus who have succeeded in a cut-throat business. Come to think about it, that man has built a successful business from just supplying background dancers in an organized manner - his filmography on IMDB is quite impressive. Observing such people at work will also teach her a lot.
And then there is Darshini who has worked as EA to CEO type of profiles in the past - again a profile that requires one to be sharp, street-smart and politically savvy.
I am very optimistic that she will quickly learn all these lessons.

#6 on that. We originally learnt that they met Madhur Bhandarkar and Prasoon Joshi at Anil Agarwal's / Vedanta' corporate function.
Just wondering now. Wouldn't it be great if this meeting actually was about a movie? PD for music (with Ashish) and singing, Arunita as a singer, Prasoon Joshi as the lyricist, Madhur Bhandarkar as the director.

Torsha is surely Idol. 2nd runner Season 4. Puja is also likely Idol product.
It could also be Arunita's independent, mind of her own thing with Kalkar. What do u say about her expressions in Goa pics?
Teenager hai wo..if u look at expressions of this gen teens they r limited to three, bored, irritated or over excited..add to that attitude of being a 'teenager'.
Now Aru doesn't show much of these ..so it's plain n staid for her.
Have faith..she will improve.
Can't change her basic persona..thehrav hai uske andar. But will have better social skills
