Even if half hour, there are 2 slots that are more likely. 7pm (because zmga has poor trps) or 11 pm (PS repeat telecast).

But if I was the producer, I'd not want to compete with UD at a 7pm slot, it's a loss making business from the get go. 11 ka I doubt SP will give because the repeat of PS is fetching them 1.3 minimum.

So my best bet is weekend slot jayega. Our show has higher trp than ZMGA and we are competing with colors properly every week. Gap bhi kam hai. So we are safe dw.

If I think logically our show is safe. Vidhrohi is high budget it can't survive at 6.30 plus it will be a finite show. It makes sense to push it to weekend. Star ka weekend slots are very bad

Technically MHRW does not have a bad rating to back these rumors.

I’ve never seen a historical drama take a prime time slot.

Either way, let’s all enjoy the ride people. It will end when it’s supposed to end. And I’m sure Siku will do the end some kind of justice.

Wish india could do what America does and have their OTT platforms pick up a show that a broadcast network drops. I’d love to see this show be free from the shackles of SP rules.

I know colors doing that to 2 shows - Silsila and immj2 which was telecasted on voot (ott) after they pulled off the plug. But bepanaah didn't go OTT because the actors and producers refused.

I think there was one show of SP that went all OTT few yrs back.

So it's again depends on the channel and producers of how comfortable they are to cut their profits.

But like you said, now that ohr trp is more stable and we have other shows that have a poor rating than us, I'm less worried. It will end when it has to.
