I'll start off by being mushy about us. I made some incredible IF friends back when I was active on the Kis Desh, IPKKND, and Geet forums. Phir I went inactive aur ab achanak I returned this year and I'm hooked! Major pappis and jhappis to you all for being so warm, welcoming, and open to discuss anything and everything. I had to ship RaghVi & SaiShi dil hi dil mein for SO long because I've seen that get out of hand on all those forums and when I returned this year, I noticed that mods are far more strict about it than they were years ago. Khair, now we have our Tazbu AT toh ab sab theek hai. My dil has a safe space to burst. ā¤ļøš¤

I think the interview as an interview itself was bau-kk-waas (in Sai's Hyderabadi dialect, of course). Average sa tha, zyaada koi explicit content nahi mila and for some reason I had higher expectations because it's MissMalini.
What I LOVED was SaiShi. Bas. Kya chemistry, kya dosti, and such genuine, heartfelt, mutual adoration wali vibes thi dono ke beech mein. I'm sort of glad they addressed their 36 ka akda because I think somewhere along the way they've gotten into trouble for it when they shouldn't. TV actors are thrown into their scenes from day one, so imagine being forced to befriend your coworker on the first day of work, it's simply not natural. They're both from different parts of the industry as well, so zahir hai it would take them time to find a cordial middle ground. & boy... did they find it or what?! š š
It's evident that not only did they have to work hard on bringing RaghVi to life, but that they also had to work hard on developing a friendship with each other (amongst other things). Good on them for putting in that effort to get to know each other better and to understand each other better. It also speaks to their professionalism kyunke agar inn dono ki nahi banti toh set ka atmosphere bohat toxic ho jana tha. The other cast members would have to pick sides and it would be a mess!
Their expression segment stole my heart. They are brilliant actors. Truly brilliant. I feel like Shivangi ka toh pata tha that she'd be able to change her expressions instantly, but Sai... damn. Uske expressions ke baare mein bhi chalo pata hi hai but I thought it took him more prep and rehearsals. Ek second mein happy/angry/sad/shock ke beech aise switch kiya iss ne ke I couldn't help my batteesi from expanding! šā¤ļø
Shivangi is adorable! Itne pyaar se dekhti hai Sai ko aur dil se uske baare mein baat karti hai. I think she is also dil ki very saaf, much like Sai. Perhaps less masoom than him, but I've always said that Sai's masoomiyat stems from working in the south. Khair, north south ka compass chorro, back to Shivangi. She strikes the perfect balance of teasing him with her words and actions. Kabhi yahan haath, kabhi wahan pitt pitt, it's SO CUTE. Not overdone, not forced, just a display of how she naturally is with him. I love that he doesn't reciprocate. Usko express karne deta hai aur phir apne dil ki vasooli baad mein karta hai. ā¤ļø
Sai is the sweetheart of all sweethearts. The way he postures himself around her is SO chivalrous and appropriate that I fall more and more in love every time! Zyaada chippakta nahi hai, zyaada bolta bhi nahi hai. ITV interviews mein the male leads hardly let the female leads speak. Saara interview khud khaa jaate hain. I LOVED the way he let her answer first and said "tell him how you feel". "Lifetime" wale comment ko chorr ke main toh iss baat pe atki hui hoon. Itni husky voice aur handsome shakal ke saath koi mujhse baat kare main wahin behosh hojaaun! His honesty is his biggest emotional asset (physical assets pe khul ke baat nahi kar sakte). I love that he doesn't pretend to know about bollywood movies or actors, saaf saaf admit kar deta hai what he doesn't know AND he doesn't go overboard to find out either. He's very laser focused - agar TV show kar raha hai toh TV show hi sahi, idhar udhar ki baatein karke he's not name dropping or trying to come across like he's a know-it-all.
Back to the interview itself. I actually think they all had a blast aur issi liye itna heavily edited tha! They must've talked a bunch of nonsense, bohat saare inside jokes bhi honge, dunya jahan ki baatein ki hongi, aur end pe content wise sirf yehi bacha hoga. The rest was probably them in a fit of laughter over something or the other. Hamare saath woh sab kuch share nahi kar sakte, aapas ki baatein hain š
This interview made my heart very, very happy. I literally sighed in relief as if mere apne ghar ki koi baat ho š¤£ I'm sure you all can relate that it felt super warm and fuzzy to see SaiShi like this - happy, fun-loving, respectful.

Main toh IG pe hoon nahi, ulta shauhar dearest ke IG pe Sai ko follow kiya hai. I don't think he noticed yet... will keep you all posted. Agar mujhe bhi borya bistar baandhna parra toh milke saare Kaneri Resorts shift ho jaate hain. What say?!
