This episode got me gobsmacked.
I was blown away by the sheer brilliance of the way our choti Bon grew up to finally become the lady of elegance.
My heart swelled up,in actual sense when I saw her being a barrister in the truest & rightful sense -for the first time ever.
She had been always that.
Her patibabu knew it.
Her kakasajurji knew it the day she entered in his big haveli.
Her evil mami,her ma, her village boys, essentially everyone who had come in touch with Bondita - they knew it.Mayb they did not know the right word. But everyone knew this girl can defend her case,her point,her perspective.
Anyday,anytime,anyplace!
And when Anirudh Roy Chowdhury saw that magic,he treasured that as a dream.
A dream of making her one fine BARRISTER BABU.
When Bon didn’t even know the impact of that dream.
But,she followed him nevertheless.From the moment she entered his room,she wanted to be like him anyway.
And it started;just like that.
The little girl just chose the outfit her idol wore to court.
Just like any other amazed kiddo.
Then she fancied the idea of having a respectable title.
Then she wanted to impress her patibabu.
Then she wanted to do something new.
Then,she gotta know the meaning of the dream.
Then she learnt of the shackles of society,she got burnt-ashamed-guilt trapped-burdened.
Then,She grew up.
That dream of Anirudh's became her dream.
It was no more a mere dream.
It was a fight against all the odds.
It was not a choice amymore.
It was an obligation for every right reasons.
So,this become their dream,their aim of life.
BB Bondita Das came back from London and amidst all trials and errors,she couldn’t start her career.
And now,here she is.Fighting her first case for her Patibabu.
The same one for whom she took up this damn tough job.
Remember once Aniudh told his kaka that Bondita will take his name before him,with pride??
And how kaka said, she wont.Coz she cant take her husband's name.
And here comes the day.
She took his name,before him,aloud.Along With her own name.
She introduced herself as BB Bondita Anirudh Roy Chowdhury.
Not because he is her husband.
But,because she owns that god damn name with all the rights in the world.
Because that's how their dream started.
And she took his name just as he wished,with pride.
She took his blessing just as we knew she would.
The student touched her teacher's feet.
The wife declared she would fight any war for him even if he is not fighting alongside her.
The friend didnt leave him at his whims and boasted his morals.
Then the barrister tactfully convinced him to assign her as his BB, pressing the right buttons at right time.
How beautiful was that???
Everyone could see it in Anirudh's eyes how much he adored this new BB in town.
The pride in his eyes shone like stars while signing her papers without a blink.
He just knew.
His Barrister Babu Bondita is spectacular. There wont ever be a chance of doubt about her in his mind.
Just like how nothing could shake Bondita's faith in him.
Not now,not ever.
Aaah,we can feel u Anirudh Roy Chowdhury.
Every one of us felt that.The journey to this day made it every way beautiful and perfect that only u,Anirudh Roy Chowdhury got the right to adorn your wife for her first case.
This is Anirudh and Bondita.
For them,the significance of that white necklace is way more than any other gems available in earth.
So,Today I knew how it feels when a dream comes true.
I'm sure all of the fd felt it today.
Finally, finally it became real.
Our choti si Bon,Anirudh's beloved jeene ko wajah has finally reached the day.
She is in the courtroom. Amidst hundreds of male.
Just like her first day on school.
But Barrister Bondita Roy Chowdhury is here to stay folks.
You people dont know how far she walked to reach that door.
She didn’t even think about discarding this dream in the face of her sangsaar's impending death.The very reason Ani was afraid of having her as his BB.Rather, she used it to save his.
How ironical of them!
One fears of destroying the dream rather than loosing his life.
Another one using the very same dream to save that life..
PS: I loved how pravi said so much in this epi without saying a lot.His eyes,his eyes.
They conveyed so much.Actually all of it.
And how beautifully anchal played her role.Her voice when she firmly present her views with mcp people, her sympathetic tone with her bereaved sister and then her softest loving voice to call her patibabu!
How awesomely she pulled off all those voice modulation!
I was Really worried about bon's attires after marriage.
They are giving her soooooooo beautiful costumes.Her court dress was aptly done.
And, how beautifully she carried off her gathbandhan.
This was such a beautiful touch tastefully done by makers.
Hats off to the team.
And congratulations to us,for living this day with this dream.🤗
