TM won't tell Bon because Bon WON'T keep quiet about it, especially with Ani on death row. Bon will make it public wanting nyaay for Tapur and Ani, and that is what TM doesn't want...

Ani on the other hand would have simply told Tapur to tell someone about the rape and get some help. But he won't violate her privacy by telling anyone without her permission.
