Sunny and Keerti the creative's are taking it as they want. No character arc no story. They could have made Sunny a much better villain by keeping him out of RR and plotting against Raghav and Pallavi. But they made him a gossip aunty who just adds ghee to the fuel. They will remember Pallavi back story when they want to - don't have any hopes on that
