Do you feel like eating things when you see it in a movie?

In HAHK Anupam Kher is making Laddoos in one scene. I crave laddoos every time I watch that scene

In MS. Dhoni he mentions Samosas a lot 😭so right after I watched that movie I had to go get samosas.

Wanted the parathas with lots of makkhan in rang de basanti

I can't even explain the kabab and chicken craving I had after daawat -e- ishq.

The fact that I remember these, have a list in my head of what food I wanted from what movie is embarrassing 😒 Please tell me I am not alone. At least one of you other weirdos (saying it with loads of ❤️) must share this habit.

Last night I was watching a Korean drama so of course had to stuff myself with anything I saw them eat late at night.

I do... mention a food item and I will crave for it😆

All the bloody time. 70% of Korean dramas consist of eating food, especially BBQ and noodles. Now I refuse to watch anything without having food in front of me. I’ve even paused the episode and gone for a quick drive to the local petrol station just to buy noodles so that we can eat in blissful togetherness.

So many times my food has turned stone cold because I’ll be browsing Netflix trying to find something to watch while I eat. I even find myself watching people eat on youtube at 3:00am. 😒

Recently I was watching the show bade ache lagte hain where the female lead ordered upma with ghee, I was craavviiing for it so called and told my mother (requested her) to make it. Surprisingly my bhaiya made it for me😳

But normally I want to have any thing while watching movies or TV shows and my husband really dislikes my habit😆

This is why I have to mentally prepare myself to watch kdramas. I had Ramen for the first time since February (a food I quit) because I saw them eat it. Then last night they kept eating mandus and noodles, So had to pause my drama at 7 at night and drive to go get mandu and japchae.

OH! My brilliant brain came up with a brilliant conspiracy theory. S. Korea purposely puts so many detailed food shots in their drama and movies so people watching them will want to go buy their food. It's like an advertisement for the Korean food industry.
