On 1st day of training I think she was following Faizi's advice; not to get provoke and ignore karan's comment. And even when sid arrived she refused to acknowledge him because deep inside she knew that he would cause trouble for her. But she gets blinded by emotions or someone's pain or SID and is unable to tell right from wrong thus making making wrong decisions and supporting the wrong.

When others were crying her retaliation was just till his table and then conveniently switching to somewhere else

I have to see her react differently for others too then only will I be convinced

All the cadets are given a day off and new timetable by Karan. They curse Monu and Sid for this strictness by Karan. Koel sneaks out to request Faizi for a new room. She meets Faizi and tells him she knows past like regression therapy and can help him get rid of his fear of ghost. He says he will try.

Sanju is boxing and Faizi is helping her. He talks to her about love and asks her to close her eyes. She sees nothing and says that her life is full of compromises, it's her life and there's no escape.
Koel then goes into kitchen and sneaks a cookie for Nikhil and takes him in a room, they plan something.
Sid and Bala are discussing their lives and the stark differences in them.
Monu is walking in the market, remembering Karan's words; she comes near a sweets shop, looks at samosa and kachori and curses Karan that due to him she has to eat roadside food. She sees Karan talk to "baby" on phone and lie to her that he's alone and not in market. Then she sees him meet his bhabhi and go with her. She decides to show everyone his real face and teach him a lesson.
Karan comes home with his bhabhi. A laser is pointed on him and a heavy voice asks him to put his hands up, after a while his niece comes out of hiding and scolds him for not meeting her. He apologizes for not coming early and then plays with her. She asks why her father hasn't called yet. He tells you know his job, he is busy there. She repeats the oath with him and he is holding back his tears.
Monu finds Prem and Suman eating pani-puri(gol-gappe), she tells how Karan is two-timing and it's not fair.
Precap : Monu is returning late, few randos circle around her, eve-teasing. Karan comes there.
