Actually humme koi hint tak nahi thi ki aaj subah itni badi news milne wali hai. Last talk about merge happened on May. So this is definitely a very quick decision.👍🏼

Juhi Sab dramatic shows issliye la raha thaa kyunki uss waqt Sony ke pass aur koi option nahi bacha thaa kyunki vo akele the. We need to wait for sometime to see how things goes. The first thing they have to do is shift DM and Cockroach show to Sony or Zee TV. Tab main maanungi ki kuch acchha hoga.

I am worried about merger. Remember Sab TV was only comedy initially but when it became Sony Sab after few years it started becoming daily soap channel with only Yes Boss as comedy show then. There were boring shows coming that time which were not comedy. Then slowly FIR along with Ji Behenji and already there Yes Boss started bringing back the comedy genre. So I won't predict anything till I actually see something good.

Zee current condition mein sirf cringe hi lata hai but there are some theory in my mind

Agar sony ka maximum stake hai aur PD vakai mein sony ki under hoga toh

Sony- Urban channel hoga

Sab- Comedy

Zee- Shows like shubh labh aayege ya sony ki ander hai toh kya pata 90s wala zee hame wapis milega aur aise hi content laye phir

&tv- Probably shutdown aur bhabhiji shift to sab kyunki lowest ranking hai

Zee josh-Youth ko attract karegi

Agar aisa hai zee tv revamp ho sakta hai naye naam ke saath and uske saare serial off air hojaye aur regional market mein shayad zee marathi shutdown hoga ya phir zee marathi ki shows sony marathi mein shift honge especially voh wala jo yhm ki vibes deta hai voh prathna behere wala voh sony marathi par aaye aur baaki zee channels revamp hoge zee se sony

Udharan mein lelo Zee Kannada banega Sony Kannada

Aur dono networks merge hoye toh reach bhi jyada hogi as Star jab hindi gec original bana tha reach hone ke kaaran high trp deta tha par ab sony zee bada network hoga aur sony ka control matlab acha content ki reach badegi aur star ko competition milega

Par content mein zee ka content kharab raha hai pichle kuvh saalo mein couples ki sad ending dekar generation leap karti thi iska darr tha ki sony merger ki baad aise hi contents na banaye par sony ka max stake hai toh hope hai

Also zee5 ka bandh hone ke chances lag rahe hai aur sonyliv pe shift honge uske contents ya phir dono merge hokar ik naya app banayege

Sony ka bada naam hai zee se toh zee network ka naam change hoga kyunki zee origins r here aur most probably bada network hone ki kaaran asianet ki jaisi condition nahi hogi

Kyunki sony ka maximum stake hai uske shows par effect nahi padega probably par zee minority par hai uska effect toh pad sakta hai na toh uske shows off air ho sakte hai kya phir aur ik nayi shuruwat karega regional mein bhi off air ho sakte hai

Investors says Sony is strong in the GEC arena whereas Zee had fallen weak. This is the main reason why i am happy about the merger. It gives Sony ka advantage to operate Zee and choose content wisely for the channels. Zee is strong regionally but in hindi space they are very weak and Sony will help Zee to recover this period by bringing right content for the channel.

Zee Tv : Complete fictional channel like Starplus

Sony Tv : Finite series + Reality shows = Great combo like Colors Infinity.

Sab Tv : One and only comedy GEC.

Zee Josh : Completely youth centric urban channel.
