And I disagree with Charu and Moni, Feroze shows endings are bitttersweet with very good messages, like Hadi’s spirituality in khaani, Armaan’s happiness in DKK, Adeel’s lonely life in GER. It’s just Hamza’s ending in Ishqiya was bad, given they let him take all the burnts and spared Humna.

So I’m hoping a beautiful message comes out from Farhad’s death too, Farhad would’ve died anyways, these type of ishq has only death, as we all said, the last stage of Sufi ishq is death. We’re just upset because it looks unfair especially now when Farhad agreed to go back only for Mahi’s sake, this type of love needed a peaceful life but maybe heaven is his destiny 🥲

I mean Farhad dying or Mahi dying is quite predictable in such stories, a bold move would have been to let them unite, because all of classic love stories there is death, I would been more surprised and shocked if they both unite, but its seems like the writer taking the classic turn here, kind of disappointed, but not surprised.

Wouldnt that have been cliche though? Because realistically speaking, lovers from different classes unfortunately results in such honor killing ..

I dont know .. either ways .. I want to wait & see what happens .. here we are trying to connect dots & conclude the story there the train wala scene ki hope mein we are weaving other type of conclusions .. *shrug*

Pata nahi @Moni .. I always thought Farhad will die .. maybe Mahi too .. But the last thing on my mind was their union ..

I think Stefan's hope is infectious .. even I started hoping for Happy Ending ..

But back to conversation .. The way it initially looked like as if they are weaving Devdas & 7-stages of Love into each other .. the conclusion was his death - poetic justice to his misery & the liberation ..
