Let's see. As per my understanding UK govt is not accepting any of vaccines in India (Even the versions replicating UK ones) as safe, hence they announced it. But as PV_IFhandle pointed if Indian government can convince things may change. But there are lot of issues like fake vaccination certificates e.t.c.
As I mentioned in my earlier post - the quarantine is not because of vaccination, fully or not, it is because some countries, like India, issue fake certificates. And so they won't know whether your fully vaccinated certificate is fake or authentic. Therefore to be on safer side they have made quarantine mandatory for some countries, where fake certificates are issued.Originally posted by: niyati13

Given that the UK tour looks like a sell out, I don't think the team will take any chances with changing regulations and will take the safest route so as not to jeopardize such a big tour. Pretty sure they will take a worst case scenario into account.

Let's see. The organizers have stopped promoting the show since early September when they posted promo pics of Sayli and Danish. Radio silence after that. They have about a month to go to sell tickets!

That is a very real possibility. In TKSS small films barely get a few minutes, so this might not be much different.
