As far as I know Dhoni and Rohit atleast doesn't get involved in the management.

That's why they r doing well.

CSK ka I know Dhoni doesn't get involved in purchasing players and management doesn't get involved in playing 11.

Dhoni & Rohit are sensible and honestly less arrogant. VK is high on everything. his attitude is a major problem. sab main ghusta hain. he's a good player and thats it.

Also Indian players of SRH needs to perform exceptionally well then only it can happen.
