When RB and T fam are so not in favour of Imlie doing case on malini why ain't they withdraw case

I am not a law person but as per my understanding RB and Imlie are 2 separate entity and Imlie can do case on behalf of RB being his wife but if RB isn't convinced and not sure he can withdraw the case as whatever the scenario is he is presented as victim and gas a good say over proceedingsno one can force him to go ahead with the proceedings,not even his wife .

Correct me if I am wrong anywhere🤗

AdI can withdraw but he is choosing not to and that is why I say he has doubts on Didi . T family cannot withdraw

legally the case can be filed by imlie if she suspects sexual assault. Then it is investigated, accused charged . If bail given fine but accused cannot have contact with victim and family.. this one is in and out of the house!

then Didi would be tried and sit with her lawyer not at the back with public whilst victim is slaughtered. Comedy trial!
