Well, the name is "The Krishna Key" by "Ashwin Sanghi". Another one is "The Vault of Vishnu" by the same writer.

Thriller, suspense mixed with mythology, history and science... similar to the "Keepers of the Kaalchakra" one (jiska reference apne Antaka FF mein bhi diya tha humne)
