dry all the herbs on our deck and then grind them to make masala

make gravies out of home grown tomatoes and other vegetables

we plant bhindis and karelas and saag

not everything is in a can my dear hehe

we also make achar from our very own garden hehe

We make our own paneer and freeze it that’s the only thing we do which isn’t straight up authentic

Arre Didi that's because ur Indian, I'm taking about my adoptive parents. It's because receipes run in ur family. My adoptive parents aren't indians toh woh can waale cheeza khani padti thi.

Woh laal mirchi wale masala, haldi Saab ghar pai Kuth ka banate hain main un receipts ki baat kar rahi hu.

Gaav main each family has their own recipe passed on like Khaandani jewellery. 😁😁

We indians in general prefer fresh made from scratch food. Duniya ka kisi bhi kona main raho, aap rahoge toh Hindustani hi naa. 😂😂
