Mr Desai summons the senior most member of T family Mr Harish Tripathi . He knows nothing about what happened as the entire family was intoxicated . Next is Radha , she remembers nothing about that night .
Next is Aparna in the witness box. She too remembers Janamashtami Pooja , children were invited and after that she recollects nothing . Next Pankaj is in the witness box , he too recollects nothing about that happened at night . He recollects to only morning incidents when NN was screaming about Malini and Aditya .
next Rupali is summoned into witness box she too is not sure if it was Malini who had mixed anything into their drinks .

imli and NN discuss they were all intoxicated , so they knew nothing about what happened .

Mr Desai asks Him about his marriages and twists Aditya’s statement , Mr Desai declares Aditya a fraud …for marrying an innocent village girl and then out of greed for wealth n status he got married to rich and famous Malini Chaturvedi .
KC seeks permission to Qs Aditya , he asks if he ever told Malini about his two marriages ? Aditya says he did try to inform her .
Defence lawyers asks Aditya if he knew that Ms Malini Chaturvedi has stalled all proceedings of his divorce . Aditya is shocked .so is entire T family . Mr Desai accuses Aditya of having two wives , Aditya states he considered Imli as his wife , he loved only Imli . Mr Desai asks if he can be sure that Malini took advantage of him that night ? Aditya denies the claim n says what happened that night was an unfortunate accident . KC asks if he was intoxicated how can he be sure Malini did not do anything ? Mr Desai asks how can Aditya be sure it was Malini who had mixed intoxicants ? It could be the other way round l ma by Aditya had laced the drinks and taken advantage of AMA,Imli and now accusing her falsely
KC and Mr Desai have argument Judge intervenes . He orders the case was baseless as no evidence of the crime was available and Victim denies any crime done to him. KC requests for more time to gather evidences . judge grants him time until next hearing l
Outside the court Malini and Anu discuss happily how they had no evidences , Anu is sure by next hearing this case will be dismissed . Malini fears Aditya might get blamed n punished .
Anu reassures nothing will happen , Aditya is very guilty , he had conscience and Imli had taken advantage of that only . Now it’s time for Malini to take advantage of his guilt .
Adi arrives and asks Malini why she did it inform him about the stalled divorce proceedings . Malini says she did want to inform him but she fell ill and Adi himself brought her to his home. So much happened that it slipped out of her mind . She apologises . Adi asks her not to feel guilty . Malini shares her woes as Her character was getting tarnished at court by her own friend KC and her sister was causing this .
Malini and Imli have an argument accusing eachother , Aditya accuses Imli for being responsible for all this . Imli should have listened to him and withdrawn the FIR . Malini assures Imli that she will lose this case .
Last few moments
NN , Meethi and Imli are at Kc’s office and discuss how to defeat the English Madam . Imli n KC worry that if they fail to gather any evidence they will lose the case .
NN states they were all “bail buddhi “ they were thinking like a bull n acting like a bull. If they had to defeat English Madam they would have to think like English Madam.

Imli dons a look like Malini and gets Anu intoxicated . She asks Anu where from they had acquired those intoxicants that day . In her intoxicated state Anu blurts out they had burnt all the evidences . Malini arrives and is shocked to find her mother in company of Imli n her mother . She asks how did her mother reach here l she is further shocked to find Imli looking exactly like Malini !
