Hope you don't scratch or pick on your pimples.. that can cause scarring too..

Remember acne scarring (hyperpigmentation) gets worse in the sun so always wear SPF.. Cannot stress enough on that lol

Im surprised your doc didn't tell you that.. Doxycycline makes you highly photosensitive.. just google and you will get tones of published scientific journals on that..
