remember silsila which used to run on colors a few years back? after mauli and kunal got divorced, Kunal was asked to leave while Mauli became the beti of her ex sasuraal. That was still fine and digestable because there no one had ridiculous expectations from her plus her ex wasn't around to make things awkward but here the shah family is literally so shameless and anupama joins them in the same too. Like what the hell happened to your self respect? How the hell can she live under the same roof as her ex along with his current wife? and even more shameless is that hasmukh to actually force her via emotional blackmail.

atleast kick out vanraj and kavya from the house to make things bearable for everyone living there, the show and that family looks like a joke if you ask me. Moreover, Leela claims to be Anupamaa's mother and not MIL, did she become her mother just to restrain her from living her life? Why does she have a problem if Anupama has an affair? Is she against Anupamaa getting married and moving out of the house? why??? Oh so this is why they forced her to stay in even after the divorce, to act as her servant 24x7.

Mauli character is very close to my heart! Mauli’s mother in law and dida ne mauli ke liye kunal ke sath sab rishte tod diye the ! In fact mauli ki mother in law uske bête kunal se baat karne ko bhi ready nahi thi !

Silsila ki mauli ho yah balika vadhu ki Anandi , after divorce dono he sasural mai beti bann kar bade respect se rahi jaha kunal and Jagdish dono ko he ghar se nikal diya gaya tha! unlike anupama show jisne regressiveness ki sab limit cross kar di 😡

I am Hindu Gujarati too, from southern Guajrat. Ya I know, aapna tya Beti bachovo Beti padavo ktlu chale 6 kya thi aavu chalva dai.

My grandma received mandatory primary education under Maharaja Sayajiroa of Baroda. And she was from rural area and it was pre independence. Matlab much bhi dekhare he ye TV vale. And dare to name it progressive!
