Noone knows shiva.he is not that close to anyone.he was not in contact with the girl for years, the girl remembers him as she had a crush on him

But Shiva's friends are very civil and well mannered compared to raavi's friends.

Shiva has been shown closest to dhara on the show.she is the only one in front of whom he has cried. I wish they had kept that bond intact. PS would have been so much better, had the character of dhara not been butchered like this.

From today's episode, I can conclude that

Raavi is not a wife of shiva Pandya but a bahu of Pandya Niwas. Even if tomorrow she tells that she is in love with Shiva I am not ready to accept that. She just got used to being with a permanent roommate.

Till yesterday, I was in a dilemma that Raavi understands him better but now I am sure no one in his family knows him better. But his friends know him better.

I have seen some people who are scared of their parents will be close with their friends. I am going to insert shiva in that category. No one cared to sit with him to have a heart-to-heart conversation so he found solace in his friends.

Till now she did everything as a pandya bahu only except the time of reception when Shiva got angry after diary Kaand she mellow down and tried to understand him but still she never talked to him nor he gave her any chance... But I would love to see her progression to understand Shiva... You may found peace with friends but having someone who can understand you through out your life is wonderful feeling... And Shiva deserves to have that someone in his life... Raavi may be air headed but she is the only one who can stand beside Shiva and break his shell with numerous attempts as she does in pre-wedding episodes...

Today Shiva hit me differently. I haven't watch the episodes from the beginning so exploring and understanding his character has always been weird. But it hurt my heart to see that he have up his ambition and dream for his brother Guambi. The brothers suffered and I think who suffered the most are Gaumbi and Shiva. And its sad. Very sad. I mean would have Raavi looked at him differently if he had a college degree???? I mean they are so many educated douchebags around. Shiva is a good human being. He communicated well with the lady in the shop, and then his classmate at college. But his communication skills with Raavi is completely different. Those two just bicker and fight and insult one another. It's something they did from childhood and thats just how they communicate..its quiet natural now. Idk how their story will progress and what the future of Shivi holds.

I too think it this way..ravi and shiva knew since childhood.. yes..but they were hardly friends..infactbthey were nemesis....so her knowing abt shivas sacrifice or even abt how well he was in studies is impossible considering even his family never knew he was intentionally stopping his education.

I do think ravi has molded herself more as a Pandya Bahu than as a wife to shiva...thats because there was never understanding between them ..and it's mutual..when they were together ,both of them had little to no understanding abt each other..the only thing common abt them were their love for the family...

And shivas friend rakhi only knew abt the things she witnessed being his fellow classmate..i believe all his classmates would know the same derails abt shiva as her.. she was not even close enough to see to it to find out why he discontinued studies..

You definitely need to watch the episodes from day 1. You'd understand why Shiva is Shiva

I am not much bothered abt krish actually..becz shiva was never affected by krish teasing or taunting him...krish is an idiot and shiva knows it..he always knew his family loved him regardless..the only person's opinion which affected him was ravi's...he never cared about anyone else's opinion but ravi's... It's Raavi's appreciation he needs to understand and overcome from his insecurities..more than anything I want to see respect in Raavi's eyes and words that is witnessed by shiva..I want them to have a conversation where she could verbally show her respect for him in her eyes...

I agree with everything you said about Shiva and his closed off nature. It's really difficult to understand such people and what's going on in their mind. A major part of them remains a mystery to even the closest ones.

As for the friends part, Rakhi was at least better than Raavi's insensible friends jo apne friend ke husband ka mazaak udaate hain that too just judging by his appearance. Woh log toh yeh padhai chhodne ka bhi mazaak hi banate.
