Im a bit bekhabar about nazar dhagas can someone please explain why his is on his left? And her on the right (or. Vice versa?)
All I know is that KD always wore a nazar ka dhaga! Alice starting wearing one recently, I guess after both of them started seeing each other! So either he or his mom/family has given it to her
Not sure about the right/left hand thing though 😆
Today we saw a great reunion, tearful apology, a beautiful hug, hand kiss, promise to never leave each other, but all between DhaVi😆
Also for a relationship to be strong understanding is more important than adjustments and compromise.
So Raavi herself told on Tuesday that nobody understands Dhara like she does and she acknowledged theirs is bachpan ka pyaar😆 Dhara also never wanted Raavi to leave the house, tried hard to stop her,
The entire scenario should have been between Shiva and Raavi but we got it between DhaVi.
DhaVi is one smooth ship of all the ships in Pandya niwas, that is sailing right now 😆

I used to have one too.. Need to get a new one but wonder about the hand thing only because in gujjus (at least my fam) usually men will have the nadachari(red one for pooja) on the right and women on the left if they're married or women on the right if they're unmarried(correct me if I'm wrong please)

Min, I tell you from my knowledge. During my wedding, my husband had a yellow thread (ritual thread, not nazar thread) tied by the priest on his right hand, then the priest asked my husband to tie the yellow thread on my left hand. When I asked him about the significance, he said it has been followed for several generations and.will strengthen our bond.
I see KD has the nazar thread on his right wrist and Alice has it on her left wrist. Though this is only a nazar thread and not a ritual thread (they are either yellow or red) have a feeling they followed what is usually followed in marriages in some parts of India, atleast in my community. Also nazar thread is powerful when tied in right wrist for men and in left wrist for women. I also feel one of their elders mist have got this advice from an expert.

Thank you prema!!! I love learning about such customs so it's good to know that similar rituals are followed throughout India and someone can give more insight into these small rituals.
aw, you always share them ❤️
