What I mean is that Imlie kept her faith in their relation as husband and wife. She did not fight it to take it forward or give it any status in society as such. For her, she was enough for this relation.

Then when Aditya had his grand realization and he was ready to take it forward, she was ready to back out at drop of hat for Malini. It was Aditya who kept pushing and pushing her. There was a time around Mud spa, when he literally fought everyone alone for Imlie. Even then Imlie was not fully convined.

Now same scenario is being repeated for Imlie. She is fighting the battle alone without Adi's active support.

After truth revelation, facing Satyakaam's wrath was the biggest challenge for Aditya and he almost died facing it. Similarly, for Imlie Malini and her cheap stunts are biggest challenge. Without Malini's interference Imlie would have convinced T's by now.
