I'd have believed that it's about society had they thrown out jasfa.

I know how conservative societies work, my dad has rural BG, and half of family is in small towns. NO ONE can have their mistress in their family home. Nobody can just parade their mistress the way fateh is doing. Itni der mein panchayat karke gaon se nikal dete hain(and this is the best case scenario, otherwise jasmine would have been killed).

Half of the time these people act like it's sex and the city, and other half of the time it's 'conservative '

Also I want a more selfish Tejo. Like I said last time, Virks will be like Sandhus in their own way. I don't think she will be beti and tbvh I don't even think being a beti in their house is too good. Too many selfless heroines are on ITV. Hope we see one that is a little less mahaan.

Also the Virks are behaving exactly like most families do. Which is ok and normal I guess but I hope Tejo takes a stand.

The thing is virks aren't behaving like a normal family. I know desi families give men a lot of freedom in most matters, but a marriage is different. In an arranged marriage you just can't throw your DIL like that, and bring your mistress. Most families won't do that. Tejo is the DIL, and it'd be damning for them if f leaves her and marries J. It's much more scandalous than the leaving him on altar. It's a boundary which 99% families won't tolerate.
