Yeah epilepsy restricts u physically and mentally preventing u from doing alot of things unless u train ur body through exercise and yoga to learn to deal with it but it takes years and years. Thank God I was a sports player and also took up martial arts which gave me more indurance and immunity unlike alot like me who suffer with it.

It takes alot of effort, unlike most people I have short attention span, I can't do a job or activity for too long my body starts giving up but with time and alot diet control and exercise it's better.

Now I can function like most others without u being able to tell the difference. ❤❤ Even my attacks over years have reduced to almost getting rid of them. Day before yesterday I had a attack after almost six months which is amazing progress but with time I hope to get rid of it, if not completely atleast utna ki after a attack I don't relapse.
