That's a good perspective/idea. I hope this is actually the case. It's hard to imagine him being this broken over him leaving her like this (to the point of mental instability). As if they couldn't ever fix it/resolve their issues. In reality these two have only been married for less than a year, so trust issues will happen as they learn to figure each other out. They need to work on that maturely vs breaking down at the thought of his spouse leaving him.
