Shivi OS: Destined?
A small boy was talking to a man as they sat near a seashore. The man tried to hide hard to suppress his chuckle as he could see the boy was shaking his leg in nervousness.
“Shiv”, the boy questioned innocently.
“Hmm??”
“Meri ek friend hai”
“Han toh hai”
“Meri bahut achi friend hai…Girlfriend jaisi friend hai”
Shiva chuckles as the boy fumbled with his words.
“It's complicated”, he continued as he shrugged in defeat.
Shiva knew how to pacify the boy. So he lightly tapped the boy’s back as the boy glanced at him. “It's simple”, he chuckled again at the boy’s confused expression.
“LOVE”
The boy looked further confused, “LOVE??”
Shiva nodded at the curious boy. “Aapne bhi kiya tha? Love??”
Shiva’s smile faltered a bit. “Tha??” He turns his back to the boy as he stared at the horizon with a dazed look.
“Kiya hai Aur hamesha karta rahunga”
FLASHBACK
A girl was standing silently in front of a boy who was literally insulting her as they sat at a cafe possibly for a date.
Actually, the girl was 15 minutes late as she was stuck up in traffic. She was trying to explain the situation to him but the boy was literally yelling at her as she wasted his "precious time".
“Can't you see??? Kitna late aayi ho tum??”, he asked as he fumed in anger
The Girl mumbled a feeble ‘I'm sorry' as she was on the verge of crying.
“What sorry?? Haan??? Tumhari wajah se apna important kaam chodke aaya hun aur tum ho ki tumhe koi farak hi nahi padta. Itni careless kaise ho sakti ho tum???”, his angry voice roared as people were witnessing the drama unfold.
The girl remained silent. She didn't have any choice as he was her would-be fiancée. And she knew how her Masima had worked hard to arrange a suitable match for her. And so, she had no courage to counter-question her fiancée.
The boy was about to talk more when Shiva walked in and interrupted them. He has had enough. He had come to drop her to the cafe as she was struck in the traffic and he had offered to drop her.
“Aee Bas kar. She said na she was sorry? Accept her apology and Don't stretch the matter now.” He tried to tone down his tone as he didn’t want the crowd to hear it.
But her fiancée was not having it. “Oh Wow!! Now who the hell are you to talk in between us?”, he demanded with a glare.
Shiva returned his glare with a solemn look as he calmly answered, “Her good friend who will defend her when she's not at fault. You know that traffic these days is very bad so her being struck was evitable. That's it. No need to create a scene over here for such a small thing.”
“Now you will tell me what to do and what not to??”, he jerked Shiva’s arm and pushed him a little.
Shiva calmly took him to a corner and whispered in his ear, “Tujhe yaad dilaun ki tu ek mahine pehle mujhe kahaan dikha tha?? Ek pub mein, ek ladki ke saath makeout kar raha tha aur maine tujhe pakda tha. Agar mein chahu toh abhi meri friend ko sab kuch bata sakta hun. Agar tu yeh nahi chahta hai na tu chup chap yahaan se nikal.” He finished as he glared at the Man with his famous glare.
The Man looked startled as he listened to every word Shiva had uttered and almost got scared at the threat. He quickly left the place without a backward glance. The girl who was standing silently was on the verge of a breakdown
Before Shiva can go to her she had marched out. He got worried as he knew she was hurt by the idiot’s behavior so he decided to follow her.
The girl was crying and walking on a deserted road. Shiva was worried for her as he couldn't bear to see her like this.
At last, he caught hold of her shoulders and made her halt in her steps. He jerked her slightly, to bring her out of her daze. “Kya hua itna kyun ro rahi hai??”
“Woh woh…” she gulped down the lump in her throat,” Usne aisa kyun kaha ki meri wajah se uska kaam incomplete reh gaya? Kya mein uske liye important nahi hun?? Kya woh mujhse milna nahi chahta tha?
"Yeh to hona hi tha Moti. Tu hi use jhel rahi hai. Mein kitni baar tujhe bol chuka hun. He's not worth it par tu meri baat hi nahi sunti." He huffed in annoyance as he cringed at her almost teary face.
The girl wiped the lone tear that had slipped over her cheeks. "Tum toh kehte the na ki usse chod do. But itna aasaan nahi hai Shiva. Hamari families judi hui hain."
Shiv sighed in defeat. Convincing her was difficult and to make her understand what's right and what's not was more difficult.
"To phir sab kuch destiny pe chod de. Sab thik ho jayega. Ok???", he assured her as the girl nodded sadly and smiled a little at him.
She turned and started walking back home. He was just staring at her. He had the longing in his eyes but for whom???
He knew the answer
But had no choice to explain it.

"Meri story bhi kuch teri story jaisi hi thi ..
COMPLICATED", he sighed as he remembered the past memories.
The small boy looked more confused, "COMPLICATED??"
Shiva nodded again drowning in memories

The girl was dancing in the rain, enjoying herself to the fullest. There at a distance, stood Shiva who was admiring her from afar standing under a tree. She looked so beautiful when she use to let her feelings out. Basically letting her frustrations out.
After some time the girl comes to him and drags him in the rains as well . Both are drenched fully wet, but it's not disturbing them. They are in their own individual world dancing like maniacs.
He was dancing just for her so that she can make fun of him, but he knew it made her happy and that's what he wanted and what mattered to him.
"Her happiness"
Suddenly the girl hugs Shiva out of nowhere. She finds peace in his embrace. He smiles as he wraps his arms around her waist and clutched her shivering yet wet body tightly.
The girl feels a shiver run down her spine as she felt his hot breath on her wet mane.
"Thank you Shiv!! Thank you so much!!! Mere liye tune uske saamne mujhe defend kiya." Her happiness was reflecting in her voice and this made him smile some more.
"Are Moti thanks kyun bol rahi hai? Friend hai na tu meri? Itna to kar hi sakta hun na tere liye?", he questioned as the girl broke the hug and looked at Shiva longingly
Shiv also looked at her, which gave birth to a beautiful eye lock. The girl was trying to find some answers by looking in his eyes
But he was a master in concealing his emotions.
He quickly broke the eye lock as he moved back a bit. "Ghar chale Moti??? Teri Masima tera intezaar kar rahi hongi." He tried to change the topic so as she would not feel awkward.
The girl sighed sadly and nodded and they slowly walked to her house in utter silence.
Shiva was sitting on the balcony in his house as he continued to watch the pitter-patter of the rain.
Hazaar baar socha, keh doon
Ki friend nahi meri girlfriend hai tu
Par sapne toot jaane ka darr
Kabhi dil se gaya hi nahi
Kya kehta?? Ki jabse tumhe dekha hai I've fallen in love with you???Fallen in love with my Moti??

Just then a voice interrupted their talk. "Rohan!!"
"Yes Mumma!!", the boy answered her.
"Kahaan ho tum beta??" the voice asked again as it moved closer to them.
"I'm here with Shiv", he announced proudly.
Just then a girl walked towards them very slowly keeping her right hand on her 6 months baby bump.
"Are Moti tum yahaan kyun aayi?? Mujhe miss kar rahi thi kya??", he winked as he helped her settle beside him. The girl hit his arm playfully and turned towards her son, "Rohan tum jao aur tuffy ke saath khelo. Tumhe dhundte hue bhaunkta jaa raha hai."
"Oopss tuffy ko to Mein bhul hi gaya tha. Mein abhi aaya haan Shiv. Bhulna mat, abhi humari story baaki hai", and he quickly ran in direction of a barking pug.
The girl turned to him and glared at him playfully. "Mr Shiva Pandya, kuch toh sharam karo. 2 bachon ke baap banne wale ho aur tumhari naughtiness abhi tak jaati hi nahi. Bacche kya sochenge humare baare mein?, she asked with a frown.
"Ab kya kare Mrs Raavi Shiva Pandya. Aap hain hi itni iresitible, control hi nahi hota. Aur bacche kya sochenge? Yahi ki humare parents abhi bhi ek dusre se kitna pyaar karte hain.", he announced proudly as he stole a kiss from her lips.
Raavi blushed a bit as she bit her lip. "Kya Shiva tum bhi"
"Ohoo my wife is blushing???? Kya baat hai", he teased as he pinched her red tomato-like cheeks and she swatted his hands but a look of admiration passed her face.
"Thank you for coming into my life Shiva. And thank you for making me fall in love with YOU", she said with happy tears glistening in her eyes.
Shiva kissed her forehead and nudged her nose lovingly. "Thank you to mujhe tumhe kehna chahiye jo tum meri life mein aayi. Aur rahi baat love ki to maine kuch nahi kiya.Sab destiny ne kiya." He smiled wholeheartedly.
She bumped their heads as he continued, "Agar destiny ko manjoor nahi hota toh hum kabhi friends hi nahin bante."
Raavi smiled at this. "Haan I agree. Destiny ki wajah se hi I fell in love. Woh bhi ek baar nahi, do baar,"
Shiva's eyebrows scrunched in confusion. "Do baar?"
She just nodded, happily.
"Kisse??
"Tumse" and she pecked his lips and blushed profusely. While Shiva looked confused, Raavi went into a Flashback.

Raavi had returned from the cafe all wet. She had thoroughly enjoyed the time she had with Shiva. He always made her mood so well that she always forgot about her worries. But suddenly her fiance Sameer's face flashed in front of her eyes and she got worried and started talking to God.
'Oh God!! Mein Shiva ke baare mein jo soch rahi, hun jo feel kar rahu hun. Kya woh sahi hai?? I'm going to get married mujhe Sameer ke baare mein sochna chahiye. Par mein hun ki apne best friend Shiva ke baare mein soch rahi hun. Par mein kya karun? Jab bhi mein Shiva ke saath rehti hun ek alag sukoon milta hai mujhe. I feel safe. Mujhe uski saari baaton mein care dikhayi deti hai mere liye
"Kya hua itna kyun ro rahi hai??"
"Yeh to hona hi tha Moti tu hi use jhel rahi hai He's not worth it par tu meri baat hi nahi sunti "

Every word he said just showed how much he cared for her. She smiled but soon it faded when another thought crossed her mind.
Oh God kahi mein Shiva ke liye phir se feel toh nahi karne lagi?? Jaisa ki mein pehle feel karti thi??
With all these thoughts she dozed off
The next day as she was sleeping she sensed someone caressing her cheeks very lovingly. She instantly recognized the touch.
Shiva
She remained still pretending to be asleep as she wanted to know how he felt for her. Maybe just maybe, he also felt the same for her??
He kept caressing her cheeks and soothingly placed his other hand on her forehead slightly massaging her hairs. She was getting so much relief and her heart swelled in happiness. How well he knew her. He knew that she might have cried all night thinking about her future. And so she might have a headache. Ans like a caring friend, he was massaging her head so that she gets some relief.
She was overwhelmed by his gesture. Isn't what he is doing a sweet gesture of love and care?? This was the kind of care she always dreamt of, getting from her partner.
She was about to pretend more when he bent and kissed her forehead keeping his lips in contact with her skin very intensely. She moaned not able to keep her pretense
He quickly jerked back and stood up.
"Shiv??? tu yaha?? Itni subah??", She woke up and rubbed her eyes again pretending to have just woken up.
Shiva looked at her nervously, trying to think of an excuse. "Haan Moti woh tere Mausapa ne bulaaya tha."
"Kyun??", she asked, completely enjoying the effect she had on him.
"Woh mujhse shaadi ki date kaunsi fix karni hai yeh pucnhe ke liye bulaaya tha. Woh thode confuse ho gaye the na isilye", he still sounded nervous.
"Oh", her face fell and slight tears surfaced in her eyes. Shiva saw this and sat beside her and kept his palm on her cheeks. "Kya hua Moti? Abhi bhi kal ki baat pe atki hui hai??"
Raavi couldn't hold back her tears anymore and hugged him tight burying her head in the crook of his neck. "Mein kya karun Shiv?? Jitna sochun utna hi dukh hota hai mujhe. Mein usse kabhi pyaar nahi kar paungi. Kabhi nahi." She sniffled as she clutched his mane tightly.
Shiva was stroking her back calmly but then her words made him curious and he asked, "Kyun??"
She hugged him more tightly and continued to cry. He sighed and thought it was best not to force her further. She might need some time. They were hugging as if 2 soulmates were hugging each other after a very long time.
She started feeling loved being in his arms and she wanted to feel more of these emotions. She silently broke the hug but didn't move her face away from his. They were merely inches apart as they were staring in each other's eyes with all the bottled-up love they had.
She closed her eyes and started reducing the distance between them. He looked shocked at her, not sure if he should go with the flow, but still didn't stop her
They were close, hell close that if someone moved an inch more, they would have kissed.
But alas!!
There was a knock on the door breaking their trance. Both again looked at each other.
One had guilt in his eyes.
And the other one had longingness in her eyes.
He quickly moved away, "Moti tu taiyaar hoke aa jaa. Humein shopping pe jaana hai Maasima bhi hamare saath chalne wali hain." He quickly left.
Once he left she had more tears in her eyes and lots of respect for her Shiva. He had again proved how much he cared for her. She stood up and freshened up she chose a green kurti with red patiyaala, left her hair open, and came out.
Shiva was chatting with Prafulla and her Mausapa.
Shiva didn't even look at her as he got aware of her presence. "Chalein Maami?? Hum aate hain Maamaji." Prafulla nodded and the trio moved out.
Raavi sat behind in the car and was lost in her thoughts. She was sad. Maybe Shiva didn't feel anything for her and it was just his care for his best friend that he didn't stop her.
As they reached the mall, They were shopping randomly for Raavi and here she was not interested in shopping she was completely thinking about Shiva.
That's when the trio noticed Sameer, busy kissing a girl near the fire exit. Prafulla was shocked to see this because according to her Sameer was a well-mannered guy.
Then what was all this going on?? Prafulla angrily marched towards them and shouted," SAMEER!!"
Sameer came out of his kissing session and saw Prafulla and was startled to find Prafulla fuming at him, "Sasu Maa!!! Aap yahaan??", he fumbled.
"Haan mein yahaan. Par tum batao, tum yahaan ye kya harkatein kar rahe ho??"
"Sasu Maa, I can explain.."
Prafulla didn't listen to him and just slapped him hard. Sameer got furious as he clutched his red cheek, "Buddhiya teri yeh himmat ki tu mujhe maregi??", And he came forward to slap her back when Shiva caught his arm and twisted it behind his back. "Sochna bhi mat. Agar Maami ke upar haat uthaya na toh tere haath tod dunga. Samjha??"
"Oh Bodyguard yahaan bhi aa gaya?? Aakhir kab tak bachayega inn Masi ayr beti ko??? Shaadi hone ke baad dekhna iss Raavi ki kya halat karunga mein." He spat as he glared at Raavi with hatred.
"Shaadi??? Huh agar ainda meri beti ke paas bhi aaye na toh arrest karva dungi. Samjhe??", Prafulla roared in anger while clutching the phone with 100 dialed in.
"Huh nahi aaunga mujhe koi shauk nahi hai iss behenji se shaadi karne ka. Iss badsurat ladki se shaadi karega bhi kaun?? Jo mere laayak bhi nahi hai."
Shiva now had enough. He held the pathetic man by his collar. "Kya bola tu??? Raavi iss duniya ki sabse khubsurat ladki hai. Koi khush naseeb hi hoga jo usse shaadi karega aur Raavi tere laayak nahi??? Kameene, Tu Raavi ke laayak nahi hai. Ab yahaan se chup chaap chala ja isse pehle ki mein kuch kar beithun aur tujhe apna yeh ghatiya muh kholne pe afsos ho." He pushed him hard and Sameer went crashing on the floor.
"Haan haan jaa raha hun." He clutched the girl's hand and walked away.
Prafulla had tears in her eyes he looked at Raavi as she stood numb at all the events that had happened. She felt so bad, that she was about to spoil her daughter's life by marrying her to such a terrible and worthless boy. But thank god this didn't happen.
She went and placed her hand on Raavi's shoulder. "Raavi mujhe maaf kar de beta. Meri wajah se aaj teri life barbaad ho sakti thi."
Raavi kept numb
Prafulla turned towards Shiva."Thank you beta tumne Raavi ki side li aur uss badtameez ko chup kara diya. Tumhara laakh laakh shukriya," She spoke in appreciation while joining her hands.
"Arey Maami yeh aap kya keh rahi hain?? Raavi meri friend hai uski side lena mera farz hai," holding Prafulla's hands between his hands.
"Beta ek cheez mangun??? Bura toh nahi manoge na??"
"Nahi Maami bilkul nahi aap boliye na", he assured her with a small smile.
"Beta kya tum Raavi se shaadi karoge??"
Shiva was shell-shocked.
"Maami?? Yeh aap kya keh rahi hain??
Raavi who was now looking at them felt tears in her eyes thinking that even Shiva doesn't want to marry her. She just left from there
Prafulla and Shiva didn't notice this and they continued
"Mujhe pata hai mein kya keh rahi hun beta. Dekha hai maine tumhari aankhon mein jab tum Sameer se Raavi ke liye ladd rahe the to tumhari aaknhon mein dikh raha tha ki tum meri bacchi se kitna pyaar karte ho. Please beta!! Usse shaadi kar lo!! Mujhe pata hai tumne yeh baat kabhi mujhse nahi kahi kyunki tumhe laga ki Sameer tumse jyaada deserving hai. But beta tumse jyaada acha jeevan saathi meri Raavi ke liye aur koi ho hi nahi sakta. Please beta I beg you !!," She again joined her hands in front of him pleadingly.
Shiva looked defeated as he held Maami's hand again,"Maami par Raavi??? Woh Shaadi ke liye taiyaar hogi??", he looked doubtful.
They both turned to look at Raavi but found her missing.
Prafulla panicked. "Kahan gayi meri bacchi?" Shiva understood where she might be and he calmed her down. "Maami don't worry. Mujhe pata hai woh kahan hogi mein usse leke aata hun."
Prafulla nodded and Shiva left for his destination. The beach where they used to spend time most of their time.
He reached the beach in no time and yes he was right. There she was sitting crying while throwing stones in the sea. Shiva silently went and sat beside her. They sat there in silence absorbing each others warmth
Raavi finally broke the silence,"Shiv Kya tum bhi mujhse shaadi nahi karna chahte??", her voice sounded broken.
Shiva was shocked why was she asking this question when she loved someone else.
"Raavi?? Tu yeh kya keh rahi hai??? Tu toh kisi aur se pyaar karti hai na?? Phir mein tujhse shaadi kaise kar sakta hun??", he asked with confusion in his eyes.
Raavi turned towards him and looked at him with hurt in her eyes."Tujhe sach mein aise lagta hai Shiva??"
Shiva just nodded in response. Raavi got angry and pounced on him and kissed him harshly. He didn't respond as he was hell confused
Raavi got the cue and broke the kiss and slapped him hard. "Waise toh mujhe bada samjhta hai na??? Phir ye kaise nahi samjh paaya ki mein tujhse
"Tu mujhse??", he asked while rubbing his cheek with a pout.
"Ki mein TUJHSE pyaar karti hun!!! Gadhede!!! Waise to mere mann ki har baat jaan leta hai. Par Meri aankhon mein tujhe tere liye pyaar nahi dikha??", she roared in anger with tears now flowing freely.
Shiva was numb. Raavi, his MOTI loved HIM???
"Haan I have fallen in love with you" as if answering his question.
Shiva became happy and this time bent forward and hugged the life out of her. His lips were stretched so wide if any passerby witnessed his smile, they might think his face will break apart in two. She hugged him back as her emotions turned happy and now happy tears flowed down her cheeks.
He broke the hug and hurriedly and without any further delay, reached out to her lips and kissed her with all the love he had for her. She kissed him back with all the love, the love she realized very late.
All thanks to that asshole Sameer that she finally realized that whatever she felt for Shiva was nothing but love PURE LOVE and that she should not wait any further to claim her love.
They kissed more passionately until they were out of breath. "I love you Raavi, I really do !!", he confessed wholeheartedly and she just muttered a 'Finally' as she hit his head and wrapped her arms around his neck and making herself lost in his embrace.

She was brought out of her flashback when Shiva nudged her. She smiled at the adorable expression on his face. "Tum mujhse??? Tumhe mujhse pyaar kab hua??"
Raavi smiled."Tumhe yaad hai??? Jab mein nayi nayi colony mein shift hui thi, College ke liye aur mere Seniors ne meri ragging ki thi??"
Shiva nodded remembering the incident.
"Tum mere Seniors ke pass gaye aur unki acche se class li. Phir meri help ki aur mujhe acche se ragging ke khilaf insaaf dilwaya. Mein tabhi tumhe like karne lagi thi. Aur woh liking kab pyaar mein badal gayi, pata hi nahi chala. Sochti thi ki tumhe bataun. Par har baar yeh sochke taal deti thi ki tum mere dost ho aur itne handsome ho mujh jaisi Jhalli aur behenji ladki se kaise Pyaar karoge??"
Shiva quickly kept his palm on her lips, "Dare you say ki tum behenji thi. Mere liye tum World ki sabse beautiful ladki ho. Aur humesha rahogi. Koi andha hi hoga jo tumhari beauty ke aage ghayal na hua ho."
She shuddered at the touch of his palm on her lips. After all these years, he still had the effect on her. So she just chuckled while removing his palm," Okay baba nahi bolungi. Bass??"
Shiva smiled at the innocent Woman with the tilted head. She looked absolutely adorable, even after all those years, he always felt his heart skip a beat at her silly antics.
"Acha yeh batao tumhe mujhse pyaar kab hua??"
Shiva smiled as he looked down embarrassed. "Coincidently Mere liye bhi love at first sight tha", he rubbed his mane, trying hard to hide his inflaming cheeks.
"Sacchi??" She was surprised by the new knowledge. Shiva rubbed his nose with hers and confirmed her thoughts. "Haan. But what an irony na? Humein pyaar hua par realise bahut late hua. Hai na??"
She clutched his arm and laid her head on his shoulder."Haan par tum kehte the na. Sab destiny pe chod do?? Aur ab dekho Hamare pyaar ki ek nahi ab 2 nishaani hone wali hain." She exclaimed with content while caressing her baby bump.
"Sahi kaha." He clutched her hand over her stomach and kissed her baby bump.
That's when Rohan entered again."Shiv!!", he called out.
Shivi looked at him, Precisely Raavi who had a frown on her face. "Rohan kitni baar kaha hai. Mere saamne Shiva ko Papa bulaya karo. Aise apne Papa ka naam nahi lete baccha."
"Oops sorry Mumma", he cutely held his ears and apologized to Raavi then to Shiva who just chuckled and dismissed his antic lovingly. "Papa mujhe apni story baad mein jarror suna na. Okay??"
"Okay buddy, Zaroor sunanuga..!!" he got up and picked Rohan in his arms as he high-fived with Rohan.
"Kaunsi story??"
Shiva smiled at her confusion and bent down and whispered in her ears huskily, "HAMARI story"
Raavi blushed and smiled
And the trio left from there towards their home.
To welcome their upcoming guest, their princess...
