Many weeks back I had said in some thread here that Soumit and Pari have a supporter base at home and Pratiti has none. I think this was borne out by events.

But all 3 are in danger of being eliminated now.

Bengal only votes for favoured kids. Favoured kids reach that status by being part of extremely popular Bengali kids shows. Rupsa was a top contestant in one of these just months before her SD3 appearance. She was still top of mind. Even Arunita had tons of people remembering her for her win 8 years ago.

On balance Soumit has the potential to survive, His Rajbanshi Community support base is very large and committed. If they throw their weight behind him he will make the cut, especially if Sony plays up his poverty angle again.

Let's see. I hope India votes for Pratiti. She deserves the Top 5. Judges may not be able to save her every time.

I honestly won't be surprised if all three of them come in the bottom this time. I think no one expected Neerja to be in bottom. I certainly didn't. But I've seen many people have started asking votes for her, like Mishti, Masoom and Muskaan, instead of appealing for the kids they performed with. So I have a feeling she'll be safe next week. But let's face it, the judges can only do so much. There's no way they can save the better kids in upcoming weeks. My pick for bottom two this week would be Soumit and Esha. Maybe Arshiya if it comes to Top 7. After that it would just be pure luck and I can't choose any one over the other 😒

I sadly see Pratiti in bottom this time too and don't know if judges score can save her since their last performance was nothing to write home about.

It's such an important juncture they should just let the kids dance alone if the gurus can't dance. It took them five months to build a bond with their gurus, it is really difficult to rebuild it with someone else esp when it's Top 10. Rutuja clearly didn't add anything extra to the performance, neither was there any lifts that needed another person. Plus I don't think anyone even looked at Rutuja in the performance. But still the whole choroegaphy was designed as per Rutuja's style of dancing (Bolly Lavani) than Pratiti. She could've just performed her style alone, she was so confident dancing alone in the auditions!

Momma just inspired me to go watch Pratitis auditions, I think I skipped over it when auditions were airing. It's such a shame classical dance is so overlooked, myself included, I've never really considered myself a big fan of it. Pratiti deserves to go far in the competition. Her and Shweta are a perfect duo.

I need to find a new favorite.. 😅

These are who I'd like to see go next too and in that order, but sadly I feel Esha will coast to finale and I really don't want to see her there. Today Akash even talked about audiences connecting with the kids since everyone is dancing but there's absolutely no way for me to connect with Esha and all the food drama that they do, it's overboard. I can't understand how audiences are eating this up! Pratiti and Neerja didn't deserve to be in the bottom, but I guess that's the sad truth of reality shows at least in India, talent will only take you so far. I love Florina and want to see her go far but if it was based on talent or merit, I'm sure we could see her being an early elimination... I mean I'm happy she's gonna stick around but can't help but feel bad for the others :(

Just a small point.
They can change elimination rules to suit TRP needs.
They did it almost very elimination in Idol this year.
So, instead of lowest voted going to the bottom, they can send lowest scores to the bottom and then use votes to eliminate.

Just saying.
Usually TRP is king in such decisions. They will keep big public draws on till they can.

Yes I think Pratiti's first audition went viral on the internet with 1+ Million views, many known classical dancers also shared it during it and people started talking about her but unfortunately after that everything died. I feel she and Shweta has been the biggest victim of this whole 'use only celeb guest's song' rule given the kind of celebs we got this season most of whom don't even know how to dance, let alone classical dance. 😆 I mean their best performances this season be it the Ramayan or Saroj Khan act or Folk Fusion or Waheeda Rehman special are where they got the freedom to choose their own song and look at the quality of the performances. And then there are the makers who expect them to do classical on outdated 90's songs like Sundara Sundara 🤪 And now when I look back, I think even Tushar and Florina were a victim to it. Tamma Tamma actually looked like it's finally in their zone of dancing after all the idli vada- snake charmer stuff they had to do this whole season
