Yaar bashing vashing toh theek hai, but the problem is due to the current track everyone is being targeted including GM and ST as well. My issue is simple - people learn from their mistakes and hopefully do it better the next time around. This applies for both the characters in the show and the makers as well. Both made a monumental mistake in not knowing how to handle Malini. Adi's mistake gave Malini the audacity to go to the levels she did in the last few episodes. Makers mistake created a persona that needs to be dealt with because the warring factions are affecting the overall storytelling and affecting the TRP as well. I am assuming the makers had planned this track to be subtle and long with Malini doing manipulations at multiple levels and failing, while Imlie and Adi's relationship would be tested at each level to show the distinction between Adilie and Adini. But due to reducing TRP, Malini not being able to convincingly portray her character effectively and the sometimes illogical storyline to pander to a certain sect of audiences, the current situation has come, where to wrap up the track they had to escalate matters which they had planned would originally take much longer. While I understand the tendency to compare Imlie to Gul's earlier shows, we also have to understand that maybe over time she will understand that this is not working and nit allow it to go to the points those shows reached to. Also this being a remake, it may also be required that they stick to the basic framework - if not the actual tracks, of the OG storyline. So while I agree that things currently do not look good I am still hopeful that it will only get better, fingers crossed 🤞. And if it doesn't, well then we always have the option to rant and bash like we are doing right now as well😆

I agree with you Aps Ji.

I'm just waiting for this track to reach a proper point where it'll be a bit more clear where they want to head to. I want to see how they'll resolve things.

We'll all pass through this phase ranting together.

My problem is with these people who don't feel a thing before commenting rubbish about the actors.

I avoid reading the comments itself due to negativity. It's this sick mentality I have a problem with. This isn't about just Imlie.

My point is ranting about the actions and story of a character dosent at all require attacking the actor playing it or bodyshaming anybody. Nobody deserves it!

I resort to social media to calm myself and many other reasons. It's not just entertainment for me. There had been a point in my life where this very ITV became a sort of anchor. Especially during these times...... And when the thing I turn to during my low times itself has so much of negativity sprouting, it's upsetting.

Okay I guess I went offtrack and way serious here.

We already know Malini itna sirf iss liye khel paa rahi hai because Adi is in the dark about her intentions. She’s such a pathetic coward that she hasn’t once been open about what she wants from the man she’s so desperately trying to ‘win’ 🤢

Muh se chu nahi nikalta iska Adi ke saamne, that’s how much she fears his reactions 🤣

This flimsy game that she’s playing will be destroyed the moment Adi finds some concrete hint on his own that Malini’s up to no good. That would be when he goes all out to collect the proof he needs, slap it on her face and kick her out for good. He’ll most likely be more offended that she could do something like this to her ‘choti behen’ 🤢 than the fact that she harassed him this way.

Don’t know if it’ll play out exactly this way, but I’ve a feeling whatever happens, there will be more fireworks than the 4th of July

I agree and spot on! Whatever it is or was intended to be , I hope fhey realise that Didi is useless and expecting her to engage ppl and keep them interested was a silly decision. She is a hopeless villain who we can’t even connect with yaar… even her fans I feel are struggling but this is my personal opinion only so anyone reading it who is a fan pls agree to disagree .

As for gm and st facing abuse, yes it seems worse from what I can see and it is shocking. Ppl really don’t know their limits and I pity them but I think the markers and actors expected it and hence that silly prank and live interview .

As for the storyline , I and I don’t know if cos I have gone bonkers but I feel like something is moving like u say and they are trying to finish this track to reduce the remaining damage ( cos let’s face it Didi as a villain in her portrayal here is laughable) so I am trying to stay positive and if not sorry bacho… mera ranting shuru! 😂😂😂

I was sort of conflicted between two -

On one hand I really wanted her to leave. Not just because I want to see some angst but also because I'm done watching her bear so much since so long. Parivaar, naarazi everything aside- things crossed the boundary too many times.

But then I also thought her trusting DD over Adi and leaving him because of this was too much for me to take especially since she knows DD's intentions. So I felt ki she should trust him and not leave. Else it'd conclude to their trust not being strong enough.

So I'm still conflicted between both and whether I want her to leave or not. The slow movement of the story is also kinda irritating
