No it’s not confirmed and he could very well be restrained and chained for some other reasons also but his facial expressions kinda gives that vibe . On top of that Pallavi is nowhere near him and he’s in his own bed so definitely there’s a reason for her being absent and by all means only her absence from his life could make anna unstable so I’m guessing something really bad must’ve happened to her somehow . It’s all guess only so far
