If most women don't prefer effeminate guys, it's the result of social conditioning where effeminate guys and tomboys are shunned upon. There was a time when women preferred lanky men with body hair. Then they started preferring muscular men with smooth skin. It's all about what is the trend!
Most women want a guy who has a healthy sense of masculinity. Unless the woman is okay bringing the masculine energy in the relationship.
