How open are you to dating, being in a relationship and marrying an effeminate guy or tomboyish girl (whatever your preference is)?

What's your opinion on them in general?

I can seek a life partner who is tomboyish to the outside world although if we are in privacy of ours I would want her to be extremely feminine to my heart.

NO to both. Effeminate guys would be turn off for any straight woman I'd imagine.

I won’t mind a tomboyish girl, who is not too stuck up about her skin and hair care - do such girls exist, btw?

I think I do. It's basic logic. Any woman who would want an effeminate man is obviously not straight.
