Well, it really depends on the definition of soulmates he prescribes too. Soulmates in the regular English dictionary has had a pretty standard definition, but since the world, social norms and relationships have become so complex, every relationship can have multiple definitions, platonic, romantic, familial, emotional etc. For example, according to the last decade, soulmates have also been described as: "The term “soulmate” implies a special affinity, understanding, or powerful bond that exists between one person and another. The ineffable experience of being known by and knowing another lends itself to the mythical image of soulmates as two wandering souls finally reuniting." (Lamia, 2014)

Take that as you will 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'd never refute that Harshita is his best friend, probably one of his closest, but the question was pretty biased, without having a comparison

knowing param i think it was more to please his old fd given the constant wars on twitter and he blabbers a lot ..we have seen it in the vlogs ....and yes she is one of his oldest and closest friends and friends as soulmates do exist....here people are ruffled coz it is a boy and girl and as per his old one interview they dated ...i remember harshita putting that quote when people were speculating about them after the Leh pic...it was like people do not understand that one person can deeply care for another without being in a relationship....also one does connect with another person at certain level without being in love ..i would have assumed the same for param akshi had i not seen the physical intimacy and lack of personal space between them 😆

the fact that akshi invited her and am pretty sure this was a surprise party for him...no wonder akshi said no to coming live on his birthday when he said we will come live on 8th..he must have assumed they would be spending time together at dinner...

people are upset coz he said this and then said not to ship him and akshi ...😆

people need to understand if she was that close to him as he tries to say to ward off questions about her then it would have been her doing all his birthday preparations and posing with such haq on him...

You're right, there is probably a semblance of pandering in there, especially with the birthday (read: Ishq) high he was riding, where two large parts of his life probably integrated a lot.

Honestly, they're both nice enough people that even after a break-up they would want to remain friends, especially Param. I genuinely don't see Param as the type of person to hold a grudge, or do the whole "never talk to me again" thing. He just isn't like that. The reason why he probably said soulmates and then bestfriends immediately after is probably because they dated. The definition of a relationship may change and the roles may shift, but the connection still remains.

Personal space? Woh kya hoti hai? Kis chidiya ka naam hai? 😆 With him and Harshita, they maintain a good distance. Take that Leh photo for example. They are decently posed for the camera. Wohi photo agar akshita ke saath hoti tooooh......🤣

exactly this...parsh is old memory and nostalgic to their onscreen pairing too...he must have meant it in a good way only to realize people may assume it wrong and hence said best friends too..i like her ,she comes across as a genuinely nice girl and sorted too...and yes param is not the sort to do that with anyone...everyone has said the same about him ,very caring guy he is and about personal space we have seen how he is with everyone and how he is with akshita....you do that only if you have those rights given by the girl herself...

and param will utter any nonsense from one interview to another 😆..

and yes abhinav definitely helped her i think..he really likes akshita ...akshita must have been planning for a week or more atleast...renting a villa, caterers ,making sure all his friends are free on that day ..this is definitely not what any friend would do ....and all those people invited someone should ask them about their reaction to be invited like this 😆
