The rash was due to a wild insect bite while he was in Bikaneer. Due to the location of the rash, as well as it's purplish color, people on the forum believed that it was a hickey that a certain co-star gave to him 🤣 and then that caused a ton of conversations about the romantic "potential/capabilities" Shiva/Kanwar had
