Probably more so stress + bad eating habits. Her skin was clear when she was in Kholapur before HYD. Both of them had skin issues stemming from their time in HYD. And now that they're back, both of them are having better skin, and makeup, days again. I assume it's just the change in schedule, stress, lack of regular maintenance when you're not in your normal home.
