Yes, currently they are in that grey zone. They definitely crossed friends line (I am not even talkign about their vlog kaands😆) but yes they are not all confessed lovers as well. They have strong feelings for each other but to act on it or not is altogether differnt ball game. Future is uncertain but now they love spending time with each other and this is lot more than BFF

But we only know that they share an extremely pure bond- they genuinely care for each other and adore each other a lot (and are quite possessive about the other😉).

If they do have feelings for the other, I feel they'd just remain in the friends-a little more than friends category given her young age and her whole career still ahead of her.
